1. Overview

At Bravon Estimates , we work hard to deliver accurate, high-quality construction estimating services tailored to each client's project. Since our work is fully customized and labor-intensive, this policy explains how refunds and revisions are handled.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the substantial time, research, and professional labor involved in preparing construction estimates, all payments are final and non-refundable .

Once work has started — including reviewing drawings, analyzing quantities, or preparing cost breakdowns — refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to all services including:

Material Takeoffs
Full Cost Estimation
Bid Preparation
MEP & Civil Estimating
Residential & Commercial Estimations
Drafting, Design & Pre-Construction Support

3. Revisions Policy

We want you to feel confident before submitting your bid — that’s why we offer unlimited revisions on all estimates.

Revisions include:

Adjusting quantities
Adding or removing scope items
Updating pricing based on market changes
Correcting missing or unclear details
Recalculating based on updated drawings

Unlimited revisions apply as long as the scope does not completely change. If major new drawings, entirely new project details, or a significantly expanded scope is provided, this may require a new estimate with additional charges.
